Serve where you are

In the category of " hopefully our experiences help each other…".  Came across this post from 11 years ago.  Have to say after everything the last 11 years… it just keeps being true.  Every once in a while evaluate your motivation and your perspective…

 I am more and more convinced with each passing year that "God's Plan" for us is to serve Him. He has determined our gifts and asked that we use them, the "how, where and when" are up to us. When we find ourselves feeling like God planned for us to be in a certain place at a certain time because we are using our gifts to their fullest - it is probably our perspective that is correct, not necessarily our choices or circumstances.

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
