Lots of print, audio, and video material, including these devotions, is often aimed at seeking to be better Men, better Dads, better people. In your quiet time this week lets take a break from all that. Focus n the the fact your value is not wrapped up in your business success, your abilities, or even how well you care for your family. Our value is set by God, who loves us as we are. Grace is a hard concept for proud men, but to rest in the fact that we don't have to earn God's forgiveness can bring us so much peace in strength to do our best in those other areas. Then we're doing our best for the Joy of it and not from a sense of guilt. Take a few minutes each day to be thankful for God's unconditional love...
