In a study of Hebrews Derwin Gray said "eyes of Faith see the bigness of God". Hebrews 11 highlights the biblical history of those considered "heroes of the faith", not because of how big their faith was, but because of what God did with them, despite their sins and imperfections, when they trusted Him. In the same way, it is not the bigness of our faith, but it is trusting God by grace through the faith He gives us that sustains us now and saves us eternally.
A friend reminded me recentlyof the amount of "stuff" we all have going on in our life - thoughts, events, hopes, fears, joys, illness, family, work, miracles, worries, doubts, celebrations and on and on. So many things for each of us, and so many of us… but GOD IS BIGGER. Breathe, and trust Him. Look at life with eyes of Faith.
